We love goats cheese in our house so it was only ever going to be a matter of time before I tried frying it.
Even though goats cheese is soft, after a bit of research I learnt that you can’t go straight for the breadcrumbs, you need to flour, egg and breadcrumb it. My advice is to next put it in the fridge for as long as you can, for it to get it shape back.
Whenever you’re ready fry it in a deep fat fryer for 2 minutes, until golden brown.
This is so tasty but so bad for you! (Unless goats cheese is a super food? Plus I served it with a handful of mixed salad leaves, so maybe not too bad)
