Every weekend we pick up some fish from the stall in Chelmsford’s Saturday market or from the fish counter at a big supermarket.
This weekend weekend we got a couple of small sea bass and just roasted them in the oven with some chilli, lemon and garlic, covered with tin foil for around 30 mins. When they come out the white meat comes off the bones really easily, making it simle to remove the fillets from the bones.
I served this with roast potatoes and roasted peppers – so basically just put everything in the oven – nice and easy.
